These mist blowers are suitable for spraying forests and hedges and can also be used for horizontal spraying of tree orchards.

The multiplier gearbox is used for the transmission of torque from the pump to the fan. It provides two-speed transmission and idle speed. When the fan is turned off, the mist blower can also be used for other purposes (spraying with a manual spraying lance, preparation of spray, pumping etc.).
The M 170 regulator is installed next to the operator's seat to ensure easy operation of the sprayer. The regulator allows remote opening and closing of the left and right spraying section as well as pressure adjustment. A pressure gauge is mounted on the regulator in the tractor cab to facilitate pressure readings.
Remote control is provided by the robust high-pressure regulator M 170. It can be used for operating pressures of up to 50 bar and pumps with a maximum flow rate of 150 l/min.
Partial cleaning of the mist blower does not affect the spray content in the main tank.
Such cleaning is very useful if spraying is interrupted for various reasons (lack of time, weather conditions etc.).
Partial cleaning includes cleaning the suction filter, the pump, the pressure regulator and nozzles. The sprayer can be easily adjusted for partial cleaning. Clean water is pumped from the rinsing tank by means of a pump. It is recommended to clean the machine after each use.

The suction filter is used for spray filtration. It filters any solid particles present in the water or spray that could damage vital components of the machine (pump, regulator, nozzles ...).
The suction filter is installed between the main tank and the pump.
The pressure filter provides additional filtration of the spray before it enters the nozzles and allows for uninterrupted spraying. It is located behind the pressure regulator and is separately installed on each section.
The nozzle is designed for cleaning the interior surface of the main tank after spraying. It further removes any spray residues, thus contributing to cost-effective spraying and environmental protection.

The cleaner contributes to a more efficient use of the spray and helps protect the environment. The chemical
residues in the container and the strainer are washed into the main tank using valves.
Both the container and the strainer cleaner can be purchased individually, as per the client’s requirements.
For safe driving on public roads. The lights are attached to the deflector of the mist blower.
The suction basket with a suction hose (5 m) is designed to pump water from ponds, streams and wells into the main reservoir through the filter, the pump and the regulator. The suction basket is easily attached to the suction filter.
We recommend cleaning the exterior of the machine after each spraying. This ensures uninterrupted operation of the machine by removing the residues of the aggressive chemicals.
Cleaning should be performed at the edge of the area that was sprayed. The kit includes a spraying lance and a hose with a connection fitting. The kit is attached to one of the valves mounted on the regulator or the manifold block.
Optionally, the mist blower can be equipped with a type PR8ECEF high-pressure regulator with a pressure filter. Spraying and pressure regulating operations are controlled through a control panel from the tractor cab. Spraying can be performed using two spraying sections (option).

If you choose to install the PR8ECEF/2EMV regulator, you can also install a ⌀ 100 pressure gauge. The latter is much larger than conventional pressure gauges and thus enables the operator to read the pressure faster and from a greater distance.
