FEATURES

Tractor mounted mist blowers AGP PRO for professional use were created with an aim to deliver accurate and efficient spray application and by taking into account the need to reduce adverse environmental impacts. They were designed for fruit producers that require sophisticated machines with particular emphasis on quality and outstanding spraying results.

  • Tanks with a capacity of 400, 500, 600, 1000, 1500 and 2000 l. 

CHASSIS

The mist blower features a chassis made from high-quality steel to ensure a long service life. The chassis is designed to ensure efficient mixing of spraying agent, complete drainage of the tank and easy cleaning. The tow-bar consists of a movable and rigid towing eye, enabling the mist blower to follow the tractor wheel tracks and additional safety on steep slopes. The wheel track of the chassis is adjustable. The chassis and the deflector of the mist blower are entirely hot-dip zinc plated to ensure excellent durability and resistance to chemicals.

The chassis features:

  • a tow-bar consisting of a movable and rigid towing eye,
  • 10.0/75−15.3 wheels mounted on adjustable axle,
  • a height-adjustable support wheel.

MAIN TANK

Tanks with a capacity of 400, 500, 600, 1000, 1500 and 2000 l.

Modern design of the tank with rounded edges, smooth interior walls and

inclined bottom ensures complete drainage and efficient cleaning.

The tank is made from chemically resistant polyethylene. It features a large lid with a strainer mounted at the top of the tank to facilitate filling operations. The tank includes an engraved litre scale for easier reading of the quantity of the chemical agent.

RINSING TANK

It is intended for rinsing the main tank and other elements when spraying is finished or interrupted.

The rinsing tank is integrated in the main tank. It can only be filled with clean water. The capacity of the tank is 100-126 l.


HAND-WASH TANK

It is designed for washing your hands after handling spraying agents. The hand-wash tank is incorporated in the main tank. It can only be filled with clean water. The capacity of the tank is 15.7 l. 


SPRAYING AND MIXING PUMP

Mist blowers are equipped with piston diaphragm pumps Comet APS121 which are recommended for pumping liquid sprays used in agriculture, fruit production and viticulture. These pumps are made from quality materials and comply with the highest quality standards.

High-pressure 3-piston diaphragm pump with a maximum flow rate of 120 l/min.

Diaphragms are produced from high-quality NBR rubber (it is possible to install Viton or Desmopan diaphragms).

The pump features an anodised aluminium casing resistant to chemicals.

MIXING NOZZLE

It mixes the spraying agent and prevents the build-up of chemical residues on the bottom of the tank. Mist blowers are equipped with two mixing nozzles.

The nozzles are actuated by a directional control valve mounted on the pump. They are installed in the bottom section of the tank. The mixing nozzle is supplied directly by the pump. 


FAN WITH ADJUSTABLE VANES

Proper distribution of the spraying agent on the plants is only possible if the air speed and fan capacity are both adjusted according to the size and vegetation period of crops. If the air speed is to high, it causes the spray droplets to drift excessively, which means that the spraying agent is lost. On the other hand, if the fan speed is too low, the crops may not be sufficiently protected.

All AGP PRO mist blowers are equipped with adjustable fans and a two-speed gearbox, enabling the adjustment of air speed and volume.

MULTIPLIER GEARBOX

The multiplier gearbox is used for the transmission of torque from the pump to the fan. It provides two-speed transmission which can be disengaged to stop the rotation. When the fan is turned off, the mist blower can also be used for other purposes (spraying with a manual spraying lance, preparation of spray, pumping etc.).

AGP PRO BLOWER WITH A DEFLECTOR OF 170 CM

The deflector ensures an even distribution of air, which allows for constant and efficient application of spraying agents to your crops. Quality and accuracy of the deflector was verified and approved by Austrian association“Gebläseprüfung Steiermark” as part of the “Gebläseprüfungs-Kooperation Steiermark, Südtirol, Bodensee” corporation.

The AGP 1000−2000 PRO mist blowers comply with rigorous criteria for uniform distribution and spray drift reduction. This is extremely important for modern farmers as it leads to significant reduction of environmental impact caused by excessive use of sprays and substantially lower consumption of expensive plant protection chemicals.

DELIVERY OF SPRAY TO THE NOZZLES

The AGP PRO mist blowers feature a new system for spray delivery to the nozzles. The spray is delivered to the deflector by means of four hoses. The deflector is fitted with a distribution valve with tubes of equal lengths leading to individual nozzles. This enables simultaneous activation of all spraying nozzles.

DAMPER FOR BLOWER CLOSING

The AGP PRO mist blowers feature a new system for spray delivery to the nozzles. The spray is delivered to the deflector by means of four hoses. The deflector is fitted with a distribution valve with tubes of equal lengths leading to individual nozzles. This enables simultaneous activation of all spraying nozzles.

DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM NOZZLE HOLDERS

As standard, mist blowers are fitted with 18 double diaphragm nozzle holders and TR ceramic inserts by a renowned German manufacturer Lechler. The nozzle holders have an integrated anti-drip valve.

Double diaphragm nozzle holders enable quick replacement of nozzles when spraying different crops. Individual nozzles can be opened or closed with a 90-degree turn.

The nozzle holders are height-adjustable to enable adjustment of the spray distribution according to requirements of different crops.

They are protected with a metal arch which prevents direct exposure to impacts caused by branches and potential damage to the holders and nozzles. 


ELECTRONIC REMOTE CONTROL

The PR8 ECF high-pressure regulator is one of the latest electronic systems for remote control. It is controlled from the tractor cab using a control panel.

This regulator is characterized by:

  • materials of superior quality, enabling uninterrupted work at high operating pressures,
  • solenoid valves for opening and closing of the spraying sections and pressure adjustment, 
  • optional upgrade to 4 sections for terrace spraying. 


ELECTRONIC REMOTE CONTROL

The PR8 ECF high-pressure regulator is one of the latest electronic systems for remote control. It is controlled from the tractor cab using a control panel.

This regulator is characterized by:

  • materials of superior quality, enabling uninterrupted work at high operating pressures,
  • solenoid valves for opening and closing of the spraying sections and pressure adjustment, 
  • optional upgrade to 4 sections for terrace spraying.

We are introducing the latest and completely new addition to our range of AGtronik M1 sprayers. This is an advanced computer system for sprayers, designed for particularly demanding users. AGtronik M1 features a large screen enabling simultaneous view of all important functions. The spraying computer offers the following essential advantages for spraying:

  • reduced and more efficient spray consumption,
  • even spray distribution, regardless of the driving speed, engine rotation speed or PTO drive shaft speed,
  • higher spraying quality and accuracy,
  • optional upgrade to 4 sections for terrace spraying,
  • lower exposure to chemicals as the sprayer is controlled from the tractor cab,
  • option of simultaneous spraying by using different nozzle inserts,
  • environmentally responsible behaviour with careful and efficient spray consumption,
  • recording spraying analyses and
  • operational speed.


PARTIAL CLEANING

Partial cleaning of the mist blower does not affect the spray content in the main tank.

Such cleaning is very useful if spraying is interrupted for various reasons (lack of time, weather conditions etc.).

Partial cleaning includes cleaning the suction filter, the pump, the pressure regulator and nozzles. The sprayer can be easily adjusted for partial cleaning. Clean water is pumped from the rinsing tank by means of a pump. It is recommended to clean the machine after each use.

PARTIAL CLEANING

FULL CLEANING

The mist blower should be fully cleaned after each spraying. This contributes to cost-effective spraying and environmental protection.

Such cleaning removes all spray residues from the sprayer. Full cleaning includes the cleaning of all interior parts of the mist blower, consisting of the main tank, the suction filter, the pump, the pressure regulator and the nozzles. The mist blower can be easily adjusted for partial cleaning. Clean water is pumped from the rinsing tank by means of a pump.

SUCTION FILTER

The suction filter is used for spray filtration. In addition, it also removes larger particles from the spray that could cause problems during spraying.

The suction filter is installed between the main tank and the pump.

The filter insert features a density of 50 MESH.

It is recommended to clean the suction filter before each filling of the main tank.

PRESSURE FILTER

The pressure filter provides additional filtration of the spray before it enters the nozzles and allows uninterrupted spraying.

It is located on the pressure regulator of the mist blower. The pressure filter should be thoroughly cleaned after spraying.

NOZZLE FOR INTERIOR CLEANING OF THE MAIN TANK

The nozzle is designed for cleaning the interior surface of the main tank after spraying. It further removes any spray residues, thus contributing to cost-effective spraying and environmental protection.

The nozzle is installed inside the main tank.

It is actuated by a directional control valve mounted on the regulator.

 Clean water is pumped from the rinsing tank. 

SIGNAL LIGHTS

For safe driving on public roads. The signal light is attached to the deflector of the mist blower.

TERRACE SPRAYING SYSTEM

This system consists of four spraying sections (two on the left and two on the right side of the deflector). Individual sections can be controlled with an electronic or electric regulator.

This system enables spraying fruit trees or shrubs at different levels.

CONTAINER AND STRAINER CLEANER

The cleaner contributes to a more efficient use of the spray and helps protect the environment. The chemical residues in the container and the strainer are washed into the main tank using valves.

Both the container and the strainer cleaner can be purchased individually, as per the client’s requirements.

31X15.5X15 WHEELS

Our customers may choose to install 31 x 15.5 x 15 wheels with lawn tire tread, particularly suitable for wet terrains. These wheels provide for a greater stability of the mist blower and increase your comfort during driving.

SUCTION BASKET

The suction basket with a (5m) hose is designed for pumping water from ponds, streams and wells.

Water is pumped into the main tank through the filter, the pump and the regulator.

The suction basket is easily attached using the bayonet fitting under the main tank.

EXTERNAL CLEANING KIT

We recommend cleaning the exterior of the machine after each spraying. This ensures uninterrupted operation of the machine by removing the residues of the aggressive chemicals.

Cleaning should be performed at the edge of the area that was sprayed. The kit includes a spraying lance and a hose with a connection fitting. The kit is attached to one of the valves mounted on the regulator.

Ø 100 MANOMETER

The Ø100 manometer is much larger than conventional manometers, enabling the operator to read the pressure faster and from a greater distance.


DOUBLE-JOINT UNIVERSAL SHAFT

A double-joint universal shaft protects the pump from potential damages caused during manoeuvring with the mist blower while the PTO drive shaft is engaged.
